HOW WE DETERMINE CONDITION OF GARMENTS

We get it. Buying used clothing can be scary. What if one person's trash is really just trash? What if it smells funny? What if it has hidden stretching or rips? That is why we classify each article of clothing using these standards of conditions, so you know exactly what to expect when you order from Rehope Market.

NEW WITH TAGS: Never worn with original tags still attached.

NEARLY NEW: Appears to have been worn only once or twice, if at all.

EXCELLENT: Evidence of minimal wear or washing.

GOOD: Is a used garment, but still free of pills, stretching, or wear.

All of our clothing goes through a multi-step quality control process and is washed or dry-cleaned prior to resale using hypoallergenic processes wherever possible. It is also stored in a smoke-free, pollutant free warehouse.
